Purchasing

We welcome orders from customers, professionals and wholesalers worldwide! To purchase from our website, simply select items, add them to your shopping cart and click CHECKOUT.

Accepted Payment Methods

CRISTOLI accepts payments from all major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and Discover.

We also accept payments from PayPal, Google Wallet, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, Square App and TransferWise.

Changing or Canceling an Order

Forgot something? CRISTOLI will be happy to change or cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. We strive to ship all orders quickly so if your order has already been processed and shipped, we will not be able to cancel or add items to it.

Processing & Shipping Times

In most instances, if your order is placed before 3pm EST on a weekday, we'll ship it out that same day. If your order is placed after 3pm EST on a weekday or if your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, we'll ship it out the next possible business day.

In rare instances, we can experience backlogs at our warehouse that result in shipping delays of up to a full business day. CRISTOLI is closed on Sundays and on major holidays.

Signature Required for Orders over $100

Mail theft is on the rise and we don’t anyone stealing your package! That’s why all orders over $100 will require a signature upon delivery. This means that the shipping carrier will not leave your package if there’s no one home to sign for it. Of course, we don’t want to inconvenience you. If you wish to waive this requirement, please let us know by calling us or adding a note in the comments area when checking out online. If you request that we waive the signature requirement, this means that you accept responsibility for anything that happens to your package after it is delivered by a shipping carrier.

Safe Shipping Address is Required for Deliveries

We ask that all customers provide an address that is safe for shipping carriers to leave packages. CRISTOLI will not be responsible for packages that go missing after the tracking number shows it has been it delivered.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and the shipping service selected at checkout. CRISTOLI ships from Atlanta, Georgia. The average delivery time to an address on the East Coast is 2 days after the order has been processed. The average delivery time to an address on the West Coast is 3 days after the order has been processed.

Shipping Carriers

All CRISTOLI orders will be shipped by FedEx, USPS Mail or UPS. We use FedEx Express International for all international orders.

International Shipping

CRISTOLI is happy to ship to over 150 countries worldwide! All international orders are shipped by the reliable FedEx Express International. You will receive a tracking number to keep you updated. International shipping takes 3-7 days for delivery to most countries.

International Shipping Fees, Taxes and Duties

Please note that international shipping fees vary by weight and destination. Customers are responsible for all Duties, Taxes and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) imposed by their respective countries when shipping internationally. These taxes are NOT included in the International shipping fee.
