Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

If you changed your mind after purchasing our product, we welcome returns on eligible products!

Should you choose to return an eligible product, we will happily refund to the original payment method if returned to Customer Service within 30 days of the original purchase date.

We will refund the monetary value of the merchandise less 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for shipping fees incurred with returning packages.

All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packing material, labels, manuals, and all accessories.

Only applicable for purchases made directly on www.CRISTOLI.com are eligible for a refund.

 

All returns and exchanges MUST include a Returns Form. We cannot process refunds for items returned with a Returns Form.

 

Exchanges and refunds are not eligible for items purchased during a sale or promotions campaign. All sale items are final – no credit, exchanges or refunds will be given for closeout or sale items.

Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If you received a product that is incorrect or damaged, please contact our customer service team and they will be more than happy to assist you with your return.

 

CRISTOLI will offer an exchange, replacement or full refund for incorrect or items damaged in transit. All returns MUST include a Returns Form.

 

Incorrect Address or Lost Packages

Customers are responsible for providing an address that is correct and safe for mail carriers to leave packages.

We will not refund or be held responsible for orders lost or stolen, after the tracking shows it was delivered.

If your item is undeliverable or returned due to an incorrect address that you submitted, we will not be held responsible for the cost of re-shipping the product.

Please ensure that you include your apartment or suite number when submitting your address.

What Items Cannot Be Returned?

Due to Federal regulations, hygiene and safety concerns, we are unable to except returns or exchanges on CRISTOLI hair treatment products, Poly Gel Nail Kits, gel nail polishes and all skincare products.

Is there a Fee for Returns?

There is a 15% processing and restocking fee for all returns except incorrect or items damaged during items.

Will I need to Pay Return Shipping Fees?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your item(s) were incorrect or damaged in transit you will not be responsible for return shipping fees. In such cases, CRISTOLI will provide you a prepaid shipping label for returns.

How Soon Will I Receive My Refund?

If all Return requirements on eligible items are correctly fulfilled, refunds are processed within 14 business days after receipt of the return shipment. We will refund to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
